Reference for Maggie – Madelon Vriesendorp’s Mind Game

On Tuesday we discussed how the interactivity of Maggie’s 3D drawing suggested a board game, with the moveable pieces working in relation to the flat terrain of the drawing.

As well as thinking about board games it might be interesting to look at Madelon Vriesendorp’s ‘Mind Game’ which invites players to arrange a collection of small objects in relation to a small interior model. You will find more information in the book ‘The World of Madelon Vriesendorp: Paintings, Postcards, Objects, Games’.
